Returns and exchanges

Any order from angelcosmetics.bg can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, under the conditions below. The seller is Angel-E Ltd, Plovdiv, Bulgaria, VAT BG202400543.

What can be returned

• Products must be in resalable condition — unopened, with the packaging, seals and labels intact.
• Cosmetics are hygienic goods: an opened or used product cannot be returned unless it is faulty.
• Appliances are returned complete, boxed and with their papers; faults are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

How to return

1. E-mail info@angelcosmetics.bg or call +359 888 877 064 (Mon–Fri 10:00–16:00) with your order number, the products and whether you want a refund or an exchange.
2. We will contact you with instructions. Please do not send anything before contacting us.
3. Pack the products as they arrived and send them by courier to: Angel Cosmetics, 325 Okolovrasten pat, Plovdiv 4000, Bulgaria, with a copy of the receipt or the order number inside.

Return and exchange shipping is at the customer's expense. We do not accept cash-on-delivery parcels.

Refunds

• Once the parcel arrives and the products are checked, we confirm by e-mail.
• The refund is made within 14 days of receipt — usually within 7 working days — the way you paid: card to card, PayPal to PayPal, cash on delivery to a bank account you name.
• The value of the returned products is refunded; delivery paid is not, unless the mistake was ours.

Exchange

Tell us the size, shade or product you want instead. The new product is sent as a new parcel once the returned one arrives; any price difference is paid or refunded.

Damaged or wrong parcel

• Every parcel can be inspected on delivery. If the box or a product is damaged, file a report with the courier on the spot.
• For a wrong, missing or faulty product, write to us with a photo within 48 hours: we send the right product at our expense or refund you.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel at any time before dispatch — call or write. If it has been dispatched, refuse it from the courier or return it as above.
