Legal guarantee
Every product sold by Angel Cosmetics (Angel-E Ltd) is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity of at least 2 years, under the law of the European Union and the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act. It costs nothing and applies regardless of any commercial guarantee.

How to claim
Contact us as soon as possible — by e-mail at info@angelcosmetics.bg or by phone on 0888 877 064 — with your order number (AC-…) and a description of the problem, and keep the receipt or invoice. Returns within 14 days without a reason are a separate right: Returns and exchanges.
GARAN label
Where a producer gives a commercial guarantee of durability of more than two years, at no extra cost and for the whole product, the product page shows the EU GARAN label with the number of years. What the GARAN label means.
